Description:

Provide technical advice and support to end users, often by telephone, regarding the use of on-line planroom software. Responsible for problem recognition and resolution. May function as a first and second level support specialists in one or more technology area. Directs only the most complex incidents to other IT groups. Will coordinate department projects. Will function as liaison between sales, production, and the customer base.

Qualifications:

Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine. Must be a positive thinker, goal oriented, good communication skills, highly organized, and able to interface seamlessly with coworkers and clients. Refers only the most complex incidents to other IT groups. Proficient with software support. Works under minimal supervision. Regularly assists with orienting and training staff. Will take on responsibility for projects and documentation directly related to the structure, growth and efficiency of the company.

Description:

This position will be responsible to grow new revenue and maintain existing accounts within assigned clients in the D/FW metro area. You will be responsible for consulting with business owners where you will present and provide various programs that are congruent with the client needs. Your position will be regarded as a consultant and solutions provider in the sales arena.

Position will sell company products and services through sales calls and sales presentations to both existing and prospective customers. This includes interacting directly with the customer, determining the customer needs, and evaluating sales potential. Position will develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives and exceed quota. Candidate will develop existing accounts and new prospects to drive large volume purchases. This position will build and deliver on an accurate prospect pipeline.

Successful candidate must possess a positive attitude and a high degree of professionalism with a proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment. This position will require a minimum of 1 year experience in the sales area.
